Prof. V. Serdyuk had accumulated significant scientific information about clinical usage of magnetotherapy, based upon his own experience as well as of other researchers. This information was used as a background for development of a stationary apparatus PDMT as well as portable devices MAVR-1, MAVR-2, MAVR-B. Such devices are used for magnetotherapy of inflammatory processes of different organs and tissues, including trophyc ulcers (diabetic foot ulcers, bed sores etc.), sport traumas, treatment and prophylaxis of postoperative infection complications. Devices PDMT, MAVR-1, MAVR-2 are very efficient in pain relief, reduction of swelling, treatment of early forms of such acute inflammatory processes as appendicitis, acute otitis, acute tonsillitis, frontitis, mastitis, phlegmon, postinjective infiltrate etc.
